Most field sales and service complaints and problems are answered by our Regional Managers – the first person to be contacted for answers. This form and procedure is to be used when your Regional Manager is unable to answer the complaint problem. It is to be used, without exception so that as much detail as possible is in written form. No Telephone Calls until AFTER this form has been submitted, please.
